MedArbId is a non-governmental organization that provides a forum for the settlement of commercial disputes by mediation and arbitration .
MedArbId brings together experienced arbitrators and mediators counsels, as well as specially-trained arbitrators and mediators to form Indonesia's first set of chambers of professional arbitrators and mediators who are available to undertake resolutions of cross-border commercial disputes through arbitration and or mediation.
At MedArbId, we believe in resolving disputes not prolonging them. MedArbId's arbitrators and mediators are qualified in diverse disciplines. They received the highest level of training in the conduct of arbitration and mediation and are accredited by professionals organizations of accreditation bodies [such as the Chartered Institue of Arbitrators ] .
MedArbId is not an arbitral or mediation institution. Its arbitrators and mediators will adhere to what parties have agreed to. However at specific at specific request of parties, MedArbId will be able to provide full services for the administration of any arbitration or mediation
