Our development laboratory offers multiple technologies and equipment to form, shape, attach, and test catheter tips with complex geometric features. Temperature or pressure measurement, stent or stent graft delivery, steering, drug delivery, and balloon dilation in sizes from 2Fr to 36Fr are commonly integrated within our designs.
Our cleanroom molding capabilities include insert molding and over molding small parts and luers, and working with thermosets, thermoplastics, and bioabsorbable polymer materials. Molding of parts weighing less than one gram and the ability to measure just 0.10 mm is our specialty.
Manufacturing takes place in one of our ISO 13485 Certified Class 7 cleanrooms providing full turnkey service to our customers.
