Unmanned aircraft provide true added value in many sectors. In the scope of project “Medifly Hamburg” researchers concern themselves with the question of how to use unmanned aircraft for the transport of medical goods. Can transport duration be reduced compared to transport by ambulance emergency vehicle? Can unmanned flights be safely integrated into existing urban air traffic?
Medifly is funded by the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure.
