In 1989, we came under the aegis of Managing Director Mr. Sanjeev Soni who had already established two companies supplying forging components & other cycle manufacturing parts to Hero Cycles Ltd. After getting the control of our company, he along with his team of core competent engineers started the development and diversification of the company into the mentioned areas
