Meeting Incentive Experts is headquartered in Chicago, convenient to destinations and business centers throughout North America. We provide complete planning and destination management services for Fortune 500 meeting and incentive programs in all of the major destinations in North America, including Mexico, the US, and the Caribbean.
We're not the typical destination management company. We first help our clients establish goals and objectives, and then help them plan programs to meet their objectives.
We manage the entire events planning process, including airline consulting, ground transportation, site inspections, hotel accommodations, theme parties, meeting services, activities, tours, team building events, local staff, and room amenities.
We work closely with you, and because we are based in Chicago, it is easier to work with us on the planning phase. But we are also present throughout the actual program, to insure that everything goes according to plan, and that everyone who participates has an experience they will remember.
