MEGA-Drain has developed a globally patent-pending, dry-stack tailings management process that significantly reduces: the capital cost of dry stacking and the requirements for water, while not requiring filter presses or the facilities to house them. The Mega Drain process is passive, gravity-driven, and reduces moisture in excess of that removed by filter presses by the use of a scalable, modular, and simply installed water vault collection & management system. MEGA-Drain'sprocess will become the current "best practice"in the mining industry and replace the use of dry stack tailing processes using filter presses.
