Megureit Israel is a publicly traded residential real estate investment trust (REIT) that was founded in 2016. Its shares are listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. We are the leading company in Israel's long-term residential rental sector.
Our vision is to transform the residential living experience in Israel by providing a stable and high-quality rental market. We aim to change the perception of the renting sector and establish it as the ultimate solution for living in the country.
We specialize in developing, procuring, and holding residential real estate properties. Currently, we own approximately 2,000 apartments across 40 projects in 18 cities, all strategically located in highly sought-after areas. Of these, about 750 apartments are already rented out, while the remaining units are currently under construction.
Megureit is operated by a professional management company that employs highly skilled professionals in the residential rental industry, each proficient in their respective roles. With their extensive experience in property management and a dedicated team, we are able to effectively handle all aspects of the rental process and efficiently meet the needs of our valued tenants and clients.
Since its inception, the fund has successfully raised approximately 1 billion ILS through capital investments and about 1.8 billion ILS in bonds, enabling us to expand our operations and make a significant impact in the market.
