To put it simply we roast world premium coffee. There are two things we really care about: the quality of our product and those who love it. To ensure both are satisfied we take matters into our own hands. Literally. Every single batch Hand roasted with the help of our traditional slow drums and exceptional attention to detail, we create delicious well-balanced flavours with every cup.
We work with our clients very closely to define their message, optimize their vision, and to bring consistently to establish their personal brand. Our courses start from Barista level to Head of Coffee. We coordinate and teach our very own Q grader prep course (with all training given to become a Q grader), designed for professional Coffee Tasting. We have a team of coffee champions and coffee championship judges. Each are dedicated to train participants to 'champion' level, with the aim to acquire confidence, high level skill and tactics to win
any competition.
We understand that primarily human emotions influence the capital market fluctuations. At Meletius, we monitor every single aspect that can affect the coffee prices. Such as weather, inflation, Interest rates, yield curves, dollar index, COT reports, short-term and long-term debt cycles, and oil prices as well as the geopolitical relationships. By looking over these macro economical aspects, as well as the
technical aspects, our goal here is to supply our clients the best price we possibly can and protect them over sudden price hikes.
