Mijn naam is Mel De Saer, en ik ben gebeten door koffie.
Ik heb uitgebreide ervaring in de horecasector en ben sinds enkele jaren volop actief in de koffiewereld. Je zal mij vooral aantreffen in de Espresso shops te Antwerpen, waar ik barista en shopmanager ben. Daarnaast sta ik al enkele jaren als barista voor illycaffè op verschillende beurzen in binnen- en buitenland.
