The Founder and CEO of MEMPEX Victor Moiseev has over 40 years of mining experience and is the winner of prestigious national entrepreneurship prizes, including the “Most Innovative Product”. Our pipe bursting machine ST-40 was honored with an award of the Polish Foundation for Trenchless Technology in the category of the Innovative Device.

The manufactured equipment is used for construction and repair of underground utility systems, including water mains, sewerage pipes, gas pipes, electric and optical cables networks, etc.
Distinctive features of equipment made by our company:
- Each unit provides two functions:
1) it carries out pipe-jacking, controllable in terms of its plan and profile;
2) it replaces worn pipeline along the old trace and, at the same time, pulls new pipes into their position.
