The Mental Health Client Network (MHCAN) is a peer run facility where adults with mental illness can meet, access programs, and make progress toward wellness in a safe, nonjudgmental, supportive environment. MHCAN clients are expected to abide by a set of rules that assure the tranquility of the facility and the safety and well being of other clients.
