We use support groups, camps, conferences, training, mentorships, awareness campaigns and seminars to challenge individuals with any form of mental health Issue to speak out and find help
Mental Heroes was formed in Moi University and began on 9th June 2019 as Unmasked support group to curb the rising cases of depression among youth on the campus. It is an association founded on strong Christian principles and values and guided by the social work code of ethics and it isn't dedicated to young people so that they can meet, talk about their issues and find meaningful solutions to these issues.MeHAK aims at creating awareness and improving the mental health of individuals in the society; recovering our future one youth at a time
