Mercy Ogbuehi Widows and Orphans Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting widows, orphans, and the less privileged.
We offer comprehensive skill acquisition programs at no cost to participants. This equips them with the tools they need to achieve greater economic independence. Over 300 individuals have benefited from these programs, with a particular focus on empowering 133 widows to thrive in their chosen fields.
Recognizing the importance of education, we currently provide scholarships to 27 orphans. These scholarships cover their school fees and essential living expenses, ensuring they can pursue their education without financial barriers.
Recently, we launched the Big Brother/Big Sister program. This innovative initiative pairs our scholarship recipients with mentors who provide guidance, support, and act as positive role models. This program fosters long-term relationships and empowers our young scholars to reach their full potential.
