Meridian Water is Enfield Council’s flagship regeneration, located in Edmonton in the south of the borough, it comprises 85 ha of former industrial and brownfield land with an array of natural spaces, including the River Lea and Pymmes Brook. It forms the backbone of Enfield’s ambitious plans for good growth across the borough.

Enfield Council took the bold decision to become the master developer of Meridian Water and is transforming the brownfield site into exciting new neighbourhoods well connected to London but immersed within natural surroundings. Investment into Meridian Water will continue over the next 25 years, generating 10,000 homes and 6,000 jobs.
