Established in 1995 to provide technical service support for telephone exchanges, our company, MERPA Communication Systems Ltd., produces end-to-end data and voice solutions for its customers. Our company was created when the Sales and Technical Service staff which had been working as part of NETAŞ/NORTEL NETWORKS merged with a separate company. With our expert technical staff, we continue to provide service around the country and operations abroad (Balkans, Africa, Middle East, Central Asia) and are creating advanced value-added solutions for our customers today. Our company services every region in Turkey an experienced staff of 35 people and sales and technical support offices in our Istanbul headquarters, as well as Ankara and Izmir. Eighty percent of Merpa personnel at home and abroad have received technical education. Merpa has maintenance contracts with 252 companies, most of which are international firms. Most of this customer portfolio includes more than one system.
