Meru Perkasa Sdn Bhd is a registered “G7” contractor with Construction Industry Development Board, therefore qualified to tender for unlimited contract value. We have achieved the 1SO9001:2008 Quality Management System in 11 February 2009 Certification from Moody International and also achieved the 1SO9001:2015 Certification from Guardian Independent Certification Ltd. Since 8 March 2018.
The management team of Meru Perkasa Sdn Bhd is well-versed in building & Civil Works, the relevant key personnel of management team formerly worked and held shares in a 2nd Board Company and successfully completed not less than 200 Millions of related field works within 13 years.
During the years, the company completed the building construction worth about RM400 Million and currently projects in-hand worth about RM 50 Million.
Nevertheless, to coincide with recent government objective to build affordable home, Meru Perkasa successfully completed the ‘SelangorKu’ affordable housing and hand over to developer.
Meru Perkasa venture into property development at Klang Valley area since year 2006, successfully completed and handover landed commercial shoplot and residential units to the owner.
