to the transformational and healing process. We offer
the opportunity to explore personal growth through
the mind, body, and spirit. We focus on mindfulness
practices to guide individuals and families through
relationship challenges, addiction recovery, grief and
loss, life transitions, personal growth and spiritual
development.
We provide counseling services for individuals, families,
couples, and groups and offer an Intensive Outpatient
Program for adolescents and adults.
We accept most major insurances including Medicaid.
A sliding scale is available upon request.
