Oggi è leader mondiale nella produzione di dumper cingolati, oltre a produrre altre tipologie di macchine compatte per cantiere. Opera con due stabilimenti per complessivi 30.000 mq coperti, e vende oltre il 90% della sua produzione di macchine sui mercati esteri con particolare riferimento a UE, Nord America e Australia. La continua ricerca sul prodotto ha portato Messersì alla realizzazione e sviluppo di una nuova generazione di macchine da cantiere completamente elettriche.
