Metallurgica San Marco has been working and personalizing brass in Brescia for three generations and is among the first producers of drawn and extruded brass products in Europe. Thanks to the versatility and flexibility of its production, the company is constantly growing, having among its strengths the ability to customize products, through a constant commitment in research and development. Metallurgica invests in the continuous improvement of company procedures, useful for the efficiency of the production processes, in order to obtain products that meet increasingly high quality standards, while respecting the environment and the internal well-being of its industrial reality. The new production plants meet the highest technological requirements, and the process management organization is completely digital and automated: every data is visible, repeatable, traceable and therefore easily verifiable. Metallurgica San Marco produces: - brass bars and profiles in a wide range of alloys (with and without lead) for many applications - extruded and drawn brass profiles, commercial and customized, in any type of shape, from the simplest to the most complex. Used for both cold forming and machining, the profiles are made of copper-zinc-lead alloys and lead-free copper and zinc alloys. Upon specific request, Metallurgica San Marco prepares any type of special brass profile, and produces the relevant dies. Today, an important part of the company's semi-finished brass production consists of customized products used in construction, in mechanical application parts, locks, padlocks, pressure gauges, striped round rods, valves. - solid bars in the rectangular, square, hexagonal and round versions in copper-zinc-lead alloys and in lead-free copper-zinc alloys, which guarantee excellent performance both in turning and hot forming processes. The bars are used in various sectors: automotive, electrical, small parts, plumbing, fittings, valves, fashion accessories and handles.
