Metarom USA is one of ten Metarom manufacturing sites around the world. The parent company, Metarom, was founded in the 1950s by Maurice Métayer in France. The name is a combination of the founder’s last name and arome, from the French word for aroma or flavoring.

We regularly welcome customers from all over the country to our state-of-the-art facility in San Diego, California, for tours, tasting sessions, and education.
