This mobile2mobile payments system offers the following value propositions:
1. We enable the offline customer at the physical merchant to transact at the online server, and this is quite novel and unique.
2. Our payment security is at the server level, rather than negotiated at the device NFC level, and this engages industry standard security protocols and a server-side EMV kernel. It also transfers up to $4Bn in NFC fees from the device manufacturers to the online eComm's payment services provider (PSP).
3. Our system is software only for easier deployment and compatibility.
4. Our system is supported by any make or model smartphone. Our system supports any card issuer, such as Amazon or Zelle at the merchant Point of Sale, since it is the eComm's server that submits the payment method and data, and not the mobile wallet.
