He's also completed the Devizes to Westminster International Canoe Marathon, the Transalpine Run, Ironman UK, Extrememan Salou-Costa Daurada 226, Norseman Triathlon, Cape Epic, Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc and numerous other endurance challenges. As well as a weekly column with Telegraph Men, he contributes to Men's Health, Men's Fitness, Outdoor Fitness, Runner's World, Triathlete's World, Outdoor Enthusiast, Cycling Plus, The Metro, The Running Bug and Red Bull Adventure Channel, amongst others.
