MCE also provides development and implementation of the government required Contractor Quality Control (CQC) programs in design, inspection, and materials testing. We can provide value engineering studies to determine cost effective structural framing systems; provide specialized forensic engineering or testing in failure analysis studies, perform Expert Witness Testimony & Consultation; and provide precast systems detailing.
