Nous y cultivons 15 cépages, avec lesquels nous produisons une dizaine de vins AOC La Côte, dont le Chasselas de Féchy représente le volume le plus important. Le Pinot noir, le Gamay, le Gamaret, le Garanoir et le Mara sont nos principaux cépages rouges. Notre gamme est complétée par quelques spécialités : le Gewürztraminer, le Viognier le Pinot gris et le Chardonnay et quelques assemblages : Doral - Charmont - Pinot blanc en blanc et Merlot - Carminoir - Cabernet franc en rouge.
