MGF-CIS was founded by Montrose Global Capital, an affiliate of Bank of America in London. We arrange project financing all across the CIS territory. Our track record consists of successful projects in preparing companies for IPOs, oil and gas field development, deposits of non-ferrous metals development, aircraft leasing. The specific feature of MGF-CIS is its relying solely on western financing. We are working on the financial markets of Western Europe and the USA, the Middle East, and the Pacific Rim. MGF-CIS Limited is concerned with arrangement of financing and investments in Russia and CIS countries in the following areas: Oil, gas & mining (development of oil and gas, gas condensate, coal, and gold fields, as well as deposits of other precious metals). Power engineering (heat-electric generating plants – construction and modernization). Telecommunications (funding large projects). Selection and leasing of aircraft for corporate and passenger carriage; corporate and private helicopters; and arrangement of loans for their acquisition and construction. We do not simply arrange project investment; we optimise it helping to establish working relationships with western partners in selecting equipment, choosing the marketing scheme, obtaining exclusive rights and licenses to a product or service. In our work we operate through a wide network of foreign partners that includes stock exchange brokers, financial, legal and engineering companies, experts and scientists in various fields, and other companies. We choose staff and partners who aim for long-term partnership and ultimate success, just like we do. Our team is a group of unique specialists, which enables us to implement unique projects.
