MHP Salud serves communities by embracing the strengths and experiences of individuals and families, engaging them to achieve health and well-being.
Our community programs consist of several Community Health Worker-led initiatives that target health and social issues such as access to health care, chronic disease control and management, healthy relationships, aging, nutrition, and more.
In addition, MHP Salud is dedicated to supporting organizations in their efforts to improve the productivity and performance of new or existing CHW programs. We continuously collaborate with national health organizations and associations to develop training and resources and provide technical assistance centered around the CHW profession.
