MHScot believe poor mental health and wellbeing is one of the biggest public health challenges facing society today. It is the leading cause of sickness absence in the workplace and can be devastating to those experiencing immense distress - as well as those closest to them.
MHScot has been set up to address our concerns surrounding this challenge and to focus and encourage employers to address the mental health requirements of employees, volunteers and clients whilst encouraging a proactive rather than reactive response, to this very present challenge to our workforce and surrounding communities.
