At Mice Want Cheese, we are dedicated to celebrating the diverse sounds of our community through our events. Our mission is to bring people together through the power of music, showcasing the richness of our local talent, regardless of musical style, background, or experience.
Our current event series, The Cheese Lounge, transforms living rooms into intimate concert venues, bringing together audiences of 40-60 people to enjoy a wide range of performances. So far, we've featured classically trained instrumentalists, folk duos, experimental sound and performance artists, indie singer-songwriters, poets, and hip-hop artists, to name a few. We're excited to continue exploring all that music has to offer.
Over the past year, we've fostered a beautiful, loving community where people can safely explore and experiment with sound. We serve home-cooked meals, and our events are free of charge, creating an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere. Through our events, we provide a platform for artists from all backgrounds to share their craft and give people the opportunity to discover new sounds and meet new friends.
