During a 27-year career with a multinational blue chip I engaged at every level, shop floor to executive, and I have found that while each individual experience and need is unique, there is always a common denominator, the personal need for growth.
Initially I believed I enjoyed coaching, then over time and through my own personal and professional growth journey, I recognised my passion, skills, and talent (were perfectly suited) for facilitating growth and transformation, both in others through strengths-based, solutions focused coaching, and in businesses through the globally recognised EFQM model framework and methodology.
As a certified level 5 Coach, and EFQM master assessor, my goal is to effect positive change; I support individuals, teams, and businesses, to unlock their potential, and empower them to achieve their goals.
