Our History
MiChem Dynamics was established in the year 2014 by two entrepreneurs, Santie van Niekerk and Vinay Moodley who are both experts and qualified as microbiologists, auditors and laboratory quality management systems. The organisation was established out of a mutual dream and vision they shared. This dynamic organisation was founded on a blue print philosophy to save lives, change lives and create a better future for both their employees and customers alike. MiChem Dynamics firmly believes in investing and motivating its employees as the biggest assets by proving a conducive working culture, continuous skills development and well being. This forms the ever reliable foundation that was set up by Santie van Niekerk and Vinay Moodley.
MiChem Dynamics was primarily established to be the link between different laboratories and manufacturing industries as consultants, in order to support organisations with interpretation of laboratory results, root-cause analysis, customised approach in implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement, to ensure accurate, reliable and consistent laboratory test results. Over the years, additional services were introduced that included training, consulting, auditing, coaching and mentoring, making MiChem Dynamics (Pty) Ltd a comprehensive provider of all services in the scientific, agriculture, food and beverage, manufacturing, services and mining industries.
MiChem Dynamics has positioned itself as the best go to consultants, auditors and facilitators in any of the fields, its involved in. The organisation, has a drive to promote professionalism, ethical practices and commitment to change peoples lives through its unique and diligent work ethic.
