Happy Ruche est un réseau de micro-crèches sur l'agglomération lilloise accueillant 10 enfants simultanément par crèche de 2 mois à 4 ans.
Aujourd'hui, Happy Ruche est implanté à Lezennes (Synergie Park), à Villeneuve d'Ascq (Les Prés BusinessPole), Tressin, Tourcoing centre et Croix centre.
D'un côté notre projet pédagogique s'inspire de la pédagogie (ou de la philosophie!!) Montessori, avec des valeurs éco responsables, bio.
D'un autre côté la valeur d'un management axé sur le bien être au travail, la confiance, l'autonomie (on peut même faire du Montessori en management !!)
Happy Ruche recrute régulièrement des profils de type EJE + 3 ans d'expérience, CAP PE + 2 ans d'expérience, et Auxiliaire de puériculture + 2 ans d'expérience.
Happy Ruche cherche régulièrement des surfaces à louer entre 120 et 200m².
