Mid-Week Manchester Overview

Mid-Week Manchester was a trial name used over a year in an attempt to modernise the UK's longest-serving Trans Social, established in 1974. The group still continues, but the name Mid-Week Manchester has been retired and is no longer in use. There has been a safe and welcoming time and place to express your own version of your gender and your identity out in public in the Manchester Village for nearly fifty years. It is an honour to have such a proud heritage, and a privilege to be able to continue celebrating this wonderful opportunity by being ourselves and getting out more. It primarily serves the community of people within the Trans family who typically identify (but not exclusively) as: cross-dressers, trans-women, trans-men, non-binary, genderfluid and queer. Everyone from across the LGBTQIAPOC communities, and outside, is welcome to join us.
