"My aim in supervision and mentoring is always to take a mindfulness teacher's present understanding and skills and to deepen, broaden and enrich that understanding and those skills. I give mindfulness back it's roots (without it being religious) and show just how to apply that ancient wisdom in their current teaching, in their lives and the lives of their students.
Supervision sessions are rune on Zoom or Skype and are run for 60 minutes. We also explore your own personal practice
