Mila is changing that — starting with our AI-powered Birth Planning Tool, a free resource designed to help expecting parents understand their options and create a personalized birth plan in minutes. Built with insights from doulas and over 100 conversations with perinatal people and care professionals, Mila bridges the gap in maternal care by scaling the expertise of doulas — support that only 6% of birthing people currently receive — to the other 94%.
