A consulting and coaching firm specialized in working with civilian organizations that want to hire and retain veterans. Our mission is to increase the success rate and retention of military-to-civilian professionals. We do this by providing a bridge between the military and civilian worlds, to enable communication and mutual success. We are consultants and coaches specializing in this topic; we are not resume writers or recruiters. We accomplish this through our signature and customized on-boarding programs. We also consult to employee affinity groups within such organizations to demonstrate measurable impact. Finally, many organizations retain the services of our trained and certified military transition coaches, to work 1:1 with new hires or with small groups. > With the Military: we have developed a unique transition program for officers and senior NCOs, "Your Military Transition." This is designed to build on - not replace - existing transition programs provided by the military. The program is available in classroom and self-study formats.
