Millennium Circuits sets itself apart from “the average” CEM with very high tech assembly practices.
From a SMT clean room atmosphere to semiconductor packaging of mini micro BGA’s to chip and wire
semiconductor packaging and chip on board techniques. The Company will provide for IPC-610A Class I-II-III+ assembly for medical, military, and other high technology circuitry.
When fully functional we will have four SMT lines totaling up to eight pick and place machines including handling of up to 24”X24” PCB’s. Millennium is poised to make an impact on the assembly industry.
