Welcome to Mind Spring Wellness Center, LLC. We are a small private practice. We offer counseling, coaching and consulting focused emotional and functional wellness with an awareness of the whole person. Our goal is provide therapeutic and non clinical services empowering our clients to attain the daily wellness they seek. Our practice serves children, adolescents, women, couples and families seeking counseling or coaching. We work with emotional and behavioral issues such as Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, childhood trauma, parenting support, and relationship conflicts. If you or your child are experiencing difficulty in your daily living that affects your schooling, your work, or your home, feel free to contact us. Our emphasis is on treating the whole person or family system. We develop an individually tailored plan based on your needs utilizing proven treatment strategies. Our treatment specialization is solution focused, client centered, and strengths based. We use various treatment methods or interventions including but not limited to cognitive behavioral modifications, family systems therapy, psycho-educational approaches, coaching, wellness education and appropriate methods of coping. We fully believe a person's whole life impacts their well-being. We feel a comprehensive approach is one that includes you, as well as other health care providers that you feel are needed.
