*Equine Facilitated Learning*
EFL is an experiential (through experience) approach to mental health betterment. Through horse-human interactions, individuals improve relationship and life skills. Studies have shown that interacting with horses can positively impact:
-decision making, problem-solving, creative thinking, and critical thinking skills

*Riding Lessons*
Whether you're a first-time rider or seasoned enthusiast, child or adult—riding lessons are tailored to the individual's ability, learning style, and goals. Using a consent-based approach, lessons are focused on the horse-human relationship. Riders will improve balance, stability, and effectiveness through the understanding of biomechanics.
*Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy*
EFP incorporates horses into the therapeutic process. A licensed mental health clinician and an equine specialist collaborate to provide a unique experiential approach to mental health therapy.
