For clubs, Mindbuddy includes a simple club tool that provides insights into team status, tracks team progress, and offers tailored resources. This makes it easy to integrate mental training into daily routines, helping both players and teams perform better, with minimal effort from coaches. Mindbuddy has proven to be effective for both players and clubs. Players report feeling more focused, confident, and better prepared for training and matches. Coaches say the app feels like an extra person on their team, helping to consistently support players when they can’t follow up with everyone. In a survey, 67% of players said the app improved their performance after two months, and 70% felt better prepared. 100% of the players would recommend the app to a friend.
