Our practice was founded by Rosalie Piedra, LPC, RPT, a former educator and school counselor in Austin ISD. Rosalie found a passion through her years in education to support the mental health of students and families and founded Mindful Connections to provide quality therapeutic services to children, teens, and adults. With training experience in play therapy and trauma modalities, our practice specializes in a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, complex trauma, behavioral struggles, and life changes.
