MINDS C&C was founded by a qualified ILM Level 7 Executive Coach, Iryna Vilgash, in 2022.
What does ILM Level 7 mean?
ILM stands for the Institute of Leadership & Management in the UK.
This Level 7 qualification is designed for senior leaders seeking to develop as strategic leaders within an organisation and gain confidence in executing great leadership skills.
All ILM qualifications are awarded by The City & Guilds of London Institute which was founded in 1878 and is incorporated by Royal Charter.
It is an internationally recognised coaching qualification – the ILM Level 7, Ofqual regulated.
Iryna completed the Executive Coaching and Mentoring Programme at British School of Coaching (2018 – 2021).
It's at a Masters level of study.
