As a former healthcare clinician, Elizabeth translated her patient-centric approach to the corporate arena and achieved success as a global leader in market development, education, learning, and development.
Elizabeth’s leadership experience spans non-profits, Fortune 100 MedTech
companies, and start-ups in the healthcare field. She earned her Doctor of
Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California, and her research focuses on women’s leadership and advancement in the profession of spine surgery.
Prior to this role, Elizabeth led the medical education team at Medtronic Spine and Biologics, where her Team reinvented the medical education organization and won best-in-industry awards with the development of the CATALYST Physician Education Platform.
She also led the spine and craniomaxillofacial surgeon governance Boards and Committees at AO North America (a global non-profit).
Elizabeth founded MindShift Consulting in 2024 and remains focused on women’s leadership and helping organizations improve their business performance.
