About me and my approach: (Priyanka - Founder of Mindtrail)
I commenced my learning and development career in the insurance industry, and since then, I’ve delivered learning solutions to hundreds of employees across a diverse range of industries, within FTSE 100, real estate, leisure, property management, higher education and construction (to name a few!). I’ve successfully supported the development of colleagues of a wide range of roles, from graduates to senior leaders.
The qualifications and training I hold is in Psychology (BSc), Organisational Psychology (MSc) Coaching, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and psychometric tools. I’ve had a successful academic career; I conducted and presented studies on workplace motivation at the British Undergraduate Conference for Research as well as internationally in Malaysia and Indonesia.
Taking complex psychological theories and making them accessible, memorable and easy to digest is my style. All topics that I deliver encompass psychology-based research for real behavioural change and impact. I like to make my courses engaging, fun, and provide food for thought.
