William Minnick created the heating and cooling company in 1954. When he retired, his son, Larry, took over. Like his dad, Larry also passed the business on to his sons, Rob and Rusty. They operate Minnick’s today. Rob and Rusty have the same commitment to customer service as their grandfather. Today, Rob and Rusty still put the customer first. They are still focused on the core mission of serving the community while offering state of the art services including their unique “Whole-Home Action Plan.”
