Led by Kara Vasseur, a Zumba-trained and AFAA-certified instructor, "MiSFIT" is a new hip-hop inspired dance fitness class that believes that anyone can dance, everyone is beautiful, and no one should feel like they don't belong. Though our pop-up event costs vary from one location to the next, MiSFIT will always be under $10 and suitable for all fitness levels.
