His vision was to create an initiative that would support the next generation of professionals, offering them the guidance, resources, and networks that are often the missing ingredients in the early stages of one's career.
On July 10, 2024, Pravash launched Mission 27 on his 27th birthday, marking the start of an ambitious project designed to give back to his community and beyond. His goal was not just to offer career advice but to help mentees build their personal brands, networks, and make better-informed decisions in their professional lives. By providing a platform for young professionals to access the insights and expertise of someone who had been in their shoes, Pravash hoped to create a ripple effect that would multiply success stories and foster a culture of mentorship and growth.
