With offices in San Ramon and Newport Beach, MLC has the geographic reach to pursue new development opportunities from the San Francisco Bay Area to San Diego. Since the Company’s inception in late 2014, the MLC team has acquired and entitled a wide array of challenging projects ranging from high-density mixed use communities to traditional single-family subdivisions. MLC is led by a team of professionals with over 60 years of combined experience in the acquisition, entitlement, and development of mixed-use residential communities in California’s most challenging markets. From initial acquisition through entitlement, design, and construction, the leadership team at MLC has been directly responsible for the development of over 10,000 new homes in communities stretching from Sacramento to San Diego.
