Once an idea of the work and time it will take has been identified then depending on your budget will depend on what can be achieved, however you can spread the identified areas into an agreed programme of work which can be afforded by your business.

Maisy has over 25 years of Customer Service and Administration experience, this makes her an excellent communicator. In previous working roles she has been a senior manager, 4 years a Director of Customer Services for a technology company. Setting service levels, building teams, creating processes to certified standards, overseas development, project management, new and existing business development and ultimately helping to gain the company a super brand status. Working for 10 ½ years with the company has created a depth of experience which can be brought to your business without having to invest in the overhead which most companies cannot afford at an affordable rate.
