AŞ , 1994 yılında Mıstaçoğlu Elektronik ile Telekomünikasyon sektörüne giriş yapan Mıstaçoğlu Grubu'na aittir. 2007 öncesinde BenQ’nun ve Motorola’nın Türkiye yetkili distribütörü olan Mobiltel, bugün Nokia, Apple, RIM, HTC, Huawei ve LG markalarının da distribütörüdür. Ayrıca Avea, TTNet ve Türk Telekom'un çözüm ortağı olan Mobiltel, tüm operatör ürünlerinin ve temsilcisi olduğu markaların cihazlarının satış, pazarlama ve dağıtımını yapmaktadır. A.Ş. is a Mıstaçoğlu Group company in telecoms industry Mobiltel has been running the sales, marketing and distribution operations of mobile terminals and GSM based services. Mobiltel has ongoing dealership agreements with Apple, RIM, HTC, Huawei, Motorola, Nokia which makes Mobiltel the terminal distributor with the widest terminal portfolio in Turkey. Likewise, Mobiltel is the sole partner of Türk Telekom, Avea and TTnet, the largest telecoms group of Turkey. Mobiltel functions in various fileds like terminal sales, marketing and distribution as well as basic and advanced GSM services sales in this partnership.
