MOD is deeply integrated into design and planning processes and design tools and can assess a project's prefabrication potential at any stage without any obligation or commitment to a specific system or supplier. It is based on the available production capacities of the relevant suppliers for a project in real-time.
We provide suppliers of prefabricated components, elements, and modules with earlier access to projects. The assessment of prefabrication potential is exclusively parametric and does not require detailed product data from manufacturers.
Companies that have prefabrication capacities will be able to better utilize them, considering the fluctuating demand in a project-based supply chain. Innovative solutions from smaller, specialized suppliers that previously struggled with market access can now be easily integrated into projects for mutual benefit.
